Our stay at Ibis Kolkata Rajarhat was an absolute delight. From the start, the team made us feel incredibly welcomed and taken care of. A big thank you to Mr. Ali at the front desk for his outstanding hospitality. He not only arranged a free cab for our airport transfer but also helped us get our food packed for the flight. When our flight got delayed, they graciously unpacked the food and served it to us again at the hotel, without the slightest complaint. Mr. Ali’s helpfulness and calm demeanor truly made our experience unforgettable. Also want to appreciate Akshay and Suman from the F&B team for their consistently polite and attentive service. The food was exceptional—flavorful, well-prepared, and served with care. Ibis Rajarhat is a perfect example of thoughtful service and comfortable hospitality. Would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kolkata!

We went to the property for staycation purpose to spend just plain, simple leisure time. It is a nice,well decorated property at a great location with of course good facilities. Food is the star of the show here. They are delicious. Staffs are really good here and all of the other services are good too. In a nutshell, it's a really good place to stay,relax,have good food and fun.

Colorful environment that brightens your day with friendly staff. Very good service! The hotel was clean and felt very safe. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were excellent, with many options available Rooms were as shown on the website, with all the listed amenities + very clean! (Bonus - higher floor rooms have an open view of the around area)

Breakfast spread.. it was awesome. Room service was good as we stayed for four days,we didn't called up once atleast to remind them for changing sheets,it was done ahead of asking only. Restaurant staff was extra ordinary.. meeting up all customers satisfaction ahead. Have to thanks restaurant staff mainly Chef Preethi and her breakfast staff who working too fast without making customer waiting. Location of the hotel is easily accessible to places.

The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Plenty of choice on the buffet for both breakfast and dinner. Only criticism is that we were only given one card for the room, inconvenient if we were doing different things and out and about at different times.

Overall it was good, the price was more as compared to the services, only the view was great because we stayed on the 8th floor. However we stayed for 5 nights, appreciations to everyone at the reception doing their best. Our housekeeper was also very gentle and polite during the stay, he deserves the best position!
